How to join the ACT

The Association of Commercial Television in Europe already has member companies active in 32 European countries operating over 270 free-to-air and pay-tv channels and distributing 540 channels and 170 new services.
Any privately owned broadcaster in the European Union or from any of the candidate countries can become a member of the ACT. In 2002, ACT’s CEOs agreed on core principles that apply to all members.
