Elena Rivas Pérez
Elena is a qualified lawyer with experience in IP and Antitrust. Previous to ACT, Elena worked at Dechert LLP in Brussels as a Junior Antitrust Associate and as a Bluebook trainee in DG COMP assisting in antitrust cases in the IT and Internet sector. Elena holds an LL.M by Leiden University and a Double bachelor’s degree in law and political science by Universidad Carlos III.
