Ioan Kaes
Ioan heads ACT’s IP & Competition taskforce. He has several years of experience working in policy advocacy at national, European, and international level. He joined ACT in 2026 from AEPO-ARTIS, the European Association of Performer Organisations, which he led for five years. Ioan holds several masters degrees including an LLM from VUB (Belgium) and a Master in Intellectual Property Law from KU Leuven (Belgium).
